Repeat Prescriptions (Please use link below)

Patient access is used for ordering repeat prescriptions online please contact the Scalloway Health Centre for access codes and instruction how to use this service. If you already have an access code please use this link to register:  Registration for Repeat Prescriptions

Alternatively these can be requested by telephoning the dedicated line (01595 880690). During office hours the answering machine is switched on, please leave your request on the answering machine at these times, stating which pharmacy where you will collect your medicines.

Allow at least four working days before collection. Please be aware that it can take up to 24 hours for your prescription to reach the pharmacy. Requests left on the answering machine at the weekend will not be dealt with until Monday morning so please allow extra time for collection.

We aim to review all repeat medication on an annual basis.  If you are asked to make an appointment for a review, please do so as quickly as possible.  This is for your ongoing safety. Medication reviews can be telephone consultations.
